Impersonal Introspection
Well , as my blog is described as an impersonal rendition of life, i thought that it would be but natural for me to describe some impersonal things over here. The word impersonal in this context does not mean non-private or non-personal in any way. It just means taking the personal Ego out of the(e) equation..get my drift. On doing so, you will find that you get answers to many questions in your life and frankly, there comes a point where questions cease to exist. The Ego is in fact a wonderful and intricate thing to behold. (we will be referring to it in third person) and thats saying something; as its the root of most of man’s problems. Man continually feeds his Ego with his supposed perceptions about himself and the society. The society itself is in no way the innocent preceptor, as it also continually, through its conditioning, molds the individual’s Ego. This same Ego, prevents man from making honest and impersonal judgments about himself. He in turn goes out and judges the rest of the society, considering himself to be above judgment. This pattern is followed by nearly everyone.
This egotistic nature prevents man to progress not only on the spiritual path but it hampers his worldly progress as well. He cannot interrogate himself freely without feeling very bad about himself, which naturally he does not like. This in turn results in the individual stopping the process of introspection and looking outwards, rather than inwards. He feels it necessary to place the blame on others rather than himself. Thus in the end, he solves no problems, but only increases his headaches by bickering about them. The only way out of this quagmire is the relentless and continuous impersonal introspection from the individual himself. This must include the person totally taking his Ego out of the equation and finding the answers to the problems he faces within himself. Chances are that he will find them, as most of the time he himself is the cause of those problems. He must continuously burn himself in the fires of relentless introspection. Though he will face intolerable pain in the beginning, as his true face comes to light, the results, believe me will be worth it.

It’s a wondeful article that talks about the relentless introspection. How do we address introspection. Do we need to sit it a silent place and recall the problem that we face in day to day life and then n think over it about its origin.

The way to self-introspect lies in awareness. Silence plays an important part in that equation; but it is not implied in the worldly way. You need not go and sit in a silent place to introspecet about the self. YOU yourself need to be silent from within. The human mind is always in a state of perpetual chaos. There are multitude thoughts that crash within like waves which crash in an ocean. Those incessant and unnecessary thoughts need to be silenced. When they are silenced, you will perceive the motivation and the desire that lies veiled underneath every impulsive action of yours. That would be true introspection… through awareness…awareness that is brought through inner silence of the mind…:)

How one should silence Incessant and unnecessary thoughts?
Do one need to make compulsive effort to supress the thoughts OR Let the thoughts come and go?
Desire give rise to thoughts and thoughts give rise to restless mind.
Restless mind give rise to thoughts.
How to break this circle.

one should simply be a dispassionate observer of his thoughts. when an individual accomplishes that he succeeds in taking the ego out of his thought process…in such a case, the thoughts, with time, simply cease to exist. Desires and thoughts affect an individual in the first place owing to the fact that the individual self-identifies with his desires. His ego is still rooted in his instincts, which give rise to desires, which give rise to thoughts… taking the human ego out of the equation and just being a dispassionate observer of all the activities that go on in your mind, would yield better results through time…:)

Sir,
Last six years of life were terrible. With the guidelines given by you time to time, I could mannage to keep cool. This process of keeping cool in anticipation of the day would come when the life would be normal, if not better, I learned to keep my ego away. I learned to keep cool in difficult situations. I learned to rest all my problems on your strong sholders, I learned to accept the life at it’s face value.
But still, I can not manage to feel satified with in. I can not manage to feel the holoness with in.
Being a scorpio, I can not keep away earge of retaliation against the injustice.
I know that I have changed a lot, but above refered points bothers me. As all such things originated at mind. How to have absolute control over such thoughts, such day dreams, how to bridge the gap of that holoness?

This article is very good article. Does the thoughtless condition happens suddenly, I mean like a switch On Or Off?
does The meaning of thoughtless conditon is there will not any recurring throughts?
The person will think about his future once and find out the solution. Will The person will always have some thoughts related to present?
By admin, January 22, 2010 @ 6:37 pm
the person will have no thoughts about the future.. he will only have a vision… his thoughts if any would transform into conscious acts. in a way he will only think of that which he acts. In other people thoughts rise due to inaction and lead to further inaction. That is not the case in a realized soul…

Does the final output of thoughtless condition is person starts living in present. Person need to do impersonal intropection to get thoughtless condition.
By admin, January 23, 2010 @ 2:38 pm
yes the final output is that the person starts to live exceedingly in the present. He stays in the present not only in thoughts but in action as well.. This enables him to stay more and more productive, creative and successful in life…:)

majority of thoughts are related to self and family members, about future, the choices person has made and probable future that he has to face. In my view all that is said above apply to above conditions I mention.
But there are thoughts, that are no related to us. that does not have any affect on us.for ex. reading some story in newspaper and thinking about it, thinking about a situation/person when you are outside. These thoughts comes and go very rapidly.
