I have discovered a mathematical formula each for spiritual quotient (SQ) and emotional quotient (EQ) as below:
SQ = PSD/SD (where PSD= parasympathetic dominance and SD = sympathetic dominance)
EQ = IQ . w (Product of IQ and wisdom)

I really appreciate the translations to these audio recordings. Though I’m not from an Eastern tradition, I went through particularly troubled time a number of years ago in losing a loved one. I ended up joining a group meditation club. I was really skeptical at first but I was amazed that some of the feelings I experienced. It really was a way to reset me and ever since have continued meditating. I wish other people could appreciate how special these teachings are. Thanks for putting this up.
